Miko McMURRAGH was the original wizard who accompanied Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. However, his main spell was simply the ability to summon large fish to wherever they might be. While useful as a food source, it was rather useless in battle, as such when Arthur found Merlin, Miko was replaced...and there was much rejoicing.

Ian Lawerence McMURRAGH goes uncredited in the Star Wars franchise, as the creator of all sound and visual effects(excepting Jar-Jar Binks), in the saga. From the beeps of R2-D2, to the sound of the TIE fighter, and everything in between. Being a humble man, as most McMURRAGH's are, he credited a fictitious company, Industrial Light and Magic, with the work.
Randy "Trepidation" McMURRAGH ,the original drummer for Def Leppard, pioneered the use of the quadruple bass drum setup. However, the rest of the band realized they could not be heard over the thunderous sound produced by this incredible feat. He was quickly replaced because of this by, Rick Allen with no hard feelings.

History records Edward Teach, a.k.a. "Blackbeard" as the most feared pirate in the Caribbean. However, the historians were too afraid to record the name of the most treacherous, terrifying, and awe inspiring(self described of course) pirate in all history, William "Two-Bit Schooner" McMURRAGH...turns out he got by on the treachery of his gruesome tales alone.
During the Revolutionary War, The battle of Cooch's Bridge held critical significance and carried one of the highest death tolls in the war. Infact the entire eighth platoon was wiped out, exempting young corporal McMURRAGH who walked back into base carrying the opposing general's femur between his teeth. He was given an immediate field promotion to Rear Admiral McMURRAGH that day, a position normaly held for naval officers.
